All items are tracked during transit.
Our items are all packaged securely, however, if you receive any damaged or broken items during transit please do not hesitate to contact us by Email just send us a photo and we will send you out your replacement item/s at no extra cost.
Personalised Gifts are non - returnable.
We offer a 14 day returns policy for a non Personalised Gift. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be returned in its original condition.
